Wolfmother Rockin Through The Summer

It’s really great to see Wolfmother 2.0 starting to come together as a band. The opening of their new song “Cosmic Egg” performed on The Lopez Show last night tells it all. Andrew and the band have been busy this summer playing just about every big summer music festival around the globe, from Lollapalooza to Splendour, and Outside Lands in San Fran, and even Sturgis.

We caught a few webisodes on their Youtube Channel of the behind the scenes footage and can see this band is out to engage with their fans and the press. We are so happy to see the new Wolfmother come up to the ranks of their former Rock and Roll superstud status. When we were flying to Sydney alongside their former Geffen A&R Rep, we saw little hope for the band’s future in that last ditch meeting to keep them from breaking up. Could have been the best thing for Andrew it turns out….

We love the Who, and what better band to cover their classic Who’s Next track, Baba O’Riley.. Whoa!
