Efterklang – Modern Drift
Efterklang plays Modern Drift at the Danish Dynamite Party at SXSW 2010

Dreamy surf rock from Beth and Co. with “When I’m With You” at the NPR stage at SXSW. Note she blogged that SXSW is “insane and I want to go home”  Her calendar looks like she is homebound after this with an actual birthday party for Alley in Upland, California set planned. See her calendar here

Also we caught up with her and the Vivian Girls in Portland last month. A blast from the past from our days soaking up that California beach vibe of fuzzy guitars on those ‘June Gloom’ summer mornings when the cloud shrouded beaches break into hazy sunshine and the surfer boys are riding around in  fast cars scoping out all the beach babes.

She and Him perform their traditional “Black Hole” at SXSW

Sharon Van Etten performing “Much More Than That” at the Driskell Hotel in Austin, Texas during SXSW

Sum 41 make an appearance at SXSW here performing “In Too Deep”
