The Rest Debut New EP and Book
The Rest are a seven piece band from Canada. They just released a new EP and Book called The Cried Wolf Book/EP which revolves around the boy who cried wolf as an adult. The book’s written in a whimsically dark style, with illustrations by the wonderfully surreal MLXNDRSC. The record contains three new songs, and The Rest’s own rendition of the Robyn’s signature hit With Every Heartbeat.

This is a video of The Rest’s song, “The Lady Vanishes”, based on Alfred Hitchcock’s 1938 film of the same name. The video is a compilation of sorts of scenes from the original Hitchcock film. The production team did an awesome job capturing the essence of the film in a mere 6 minute video while matching every note and verse of the song with each pivotal scene of this sci fi Hitchcock thriller!
