The Lonely Forest Debut New Video
We’ve been following the band, The Lonely Forest, since they signed with Chris Walla’s label and have caught the band live here in Portland and love their music. Led by John Van Deusen, and featuring guitarist Tony Ruland, drummer Braydn Krueger and bassist Eric Sturgeon, the Seattle quartet released its third album Arrows
on the Trans label (aka Chris Walla’s label) last month. Leverging Van Deusen’s emo-esque songwriting and Chris Walla’s crisp production, and off the back of some great performances at SXSW as well touring thereafter with The Joy Formidable. The band is now on the verge of a breakout year heading out supporting Death Cab For Cutie’s album launch for Keys and Codes.
